We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Jewelry or objects shown in photographs used to show pertinent features of a product are for illustrative use only. Due to the nature of natural gemstones, the photos listed are for illustrative purposes only. Color and intensity of your item(s) may vary from the examples on our website.

Due to the extensive labor and materials needed to complete handmade designs, all custom orders will require a 50% deposit upon placing the order. The remaining balance will be due once the piece is completed and prior to shipping. In the event of cancellation of the order or us not being able to contact the client within 5 consecutive business days, the 50% deposit will be forfeited to compensate for labor performed and materials used.

Repairs due to defect will be made at no charge and shipping paid by T. Nicole Designs.

T. Nicole Designs is not responsible for postage or shipping cost on returned items.
