We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Jewelry or objects shown in photographs used to show pertinent features of a product are for illustrative use only. Due to the nature of natural gemstones, the photos listed are for illustrative purposes only. Color and intensity of your item(s) may vary from the examples on our website.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the extensive labor and materials needed to complete handmade designs, all custom orders will require a 50% deposit upon placing the order. The remaining balance will be due once the piece is completed and prior to shipping. In the event of cancellation of the order or us not being able to contact the client within 3 consecutive business days, the 50% deposit will be forfeited to compensate for labor performed and materials used.

SHIPPING

The shipping estimate given with your order is an estimate.  Your destination and your order contents may cause your shipping total to be different.  We will email you for approval if your shipping amount is more than $1.00 over the estimated shipping amount.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed and the payment has been approved.  Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We unfortunately cannot control the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. However we will email you a Shipment Confirmation notice that contains your Delivery Confirmation Number (as applicable) as soon as your order has shipped. We encourage customers to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Once a package is mailed, it is under the jurisdiction of the United States Postal Service (USPS) and their care. 

We ship from Texas,USA.

Special delivery arrangements may be available for an additional charge.

In general, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, but please contact us if you need to do this.

We cannot ship to all countries because of various international trade and delivery problems

FULFILLMENT MISTAKES, DAMAGES and/or DEFECTS

If we make a mistake filling your order, we will make it right! Please inspect your package contents carefully upon receipt. Fulfillment mistakes, defects and/or damages must be reported within 3 days of registered delivery confirmation. A picture will be required to show any damage.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns of MOST items within 10 days of your order shipping date. (Please see below for Exclusions)  To make a return, please email us at support@designsbytnicole.com to let us know of the issue and then complete and email the return form included in your delivery confirmation email that was sent with your order. If you need an additional form, please email us. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state.  Return shipping and insurance are to be paid by the buyer via a prepaid, track-able method.  Shipping and handling cost to and from the buyer are not refundable.

RETURN EXCLUSIONS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or Special Orders
  • Clearance Items
  • Wholesale Items
  • Any item that isn't in its original condition,
  • ALL Body Jewelry, including earrings, body chains, etc.

REGARDING "DEFECTS" | VARIANCE IN PRODUCT

Repairs due to defect will be made at no charge and shipping paid by T. Nicole Designs.  T. Nicole Designs is not responsible for postage or shipping cost on returned items.  You may return items according to our Return Policy.  HOWEVER, these conditions will NOT be considered defects:

  • When given, all sizing information is the average size per item
  • Due to the nature of natural gemstones, the photos listed are for illustrative purposes only. Color and intensity of your item(s) may vary from the examples on our website.
  • Tarnish and patina are naturally occurring phenomena and are caused by the interaction of metals with the air.  Environmental factors can contribute to the speed at which these reactions occur.  Tarnish can be easily removed with readily available metal cleaners.

RESTOCKING AND REFUNDS

Unless we have made an order fulfillment mistake (see above) or an exchange for exact same item is made (if item damaged), a flat 20% restocking fee shall be applied for each authorized return. If your order falls below the free shipping amount after the return is subtracted OR your order originally shipped for free, your refund will be adjusted for the actual shipping costs T. Nicole Designs incurred to ship your order -- in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Return shipping and insurance are to be paid by buyer via a prepaid, track-able method. Shipping and/or handling costs to and from buyer are non-refundable. 

TAXES, DUTIES, ETC.
T. Nicole Designs will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Texas. For orders shipped to other states or countries, the buyer is solely responsible for any and all sales taxes or other fees, duties and/or taxes.

International orders to some countries will be considered. Please check with your local government/Customs office to see what duties and/or taxes may apply. The buyer is solely responsible for any tariffs, customs fees or any other charges that may occur from importing goods and those fees are NOT included in the price of your order. T. Nicole Designs cannot refund your account for any orders that are confiscated by your country’s Customs Officers. We advise that you contact your local postal or Customs office regarding their particular regulations before you place your order.  

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Our site uses an order form allowing you to request information, products and services. Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information (credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address, etc.) is only used to bill you for products and services purchased at T. Nicole Designs.

You may, on occasion, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers.   If you would like to opt out of receiving future email offers from T. Nicole Designs, please log in to your account and unsubscribe from updates. We will not now, nor in the future, share or sell your information to any third party or other businesses.

This site may now, or in the future, contain links to other sites. T. Nicole Designs is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such sites.

By using our web site or purchasing items from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this privacy policy. This policy may be updated at any time. We will post any changes to our privacy policy on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.
